Townhouses are quiet for the most part, living room is short on space and appliances are outdated. Overall nice places, we pay $950/mo for a 2BR 1BA. However, gas will cost another $100 in the winter (long Maine winter) and they charge for water/trash,etc about $35/mo. If you have a pet, it's $25/mo and if you want a storage area it's $30/mo. Needless to say, they nickel and dime you a bit.
