We are becoming unhappy about the overall appearance of Junipers. When we first moved in the place was very nice. Now there is paint peeling everywhere and trash. We are moving out next month and feel that the place is turning into a low income rental complex. Next it will be section 8.

The same thing with Tamarlane "Luxury" Aparatments in Portland. I believe both Junipers and Tamalane are Equity Residential Properties. Please see my post "To Educate and Elucidate" on the Tamarlane reviews.
