The Junipers is a great complex to live at! I have been in 5 different style apartments there for the past 3 1/2 years. I read my lease and asked questions, call me crazy but I like to know what it is I am signing. If you can't hold your self accountable maybe you should still live with your parents. The staff has worked with me, but it was a two way road. Yes I paid fees and worked with in the terms that I signed to but I understand and am grateful that they don't "Cut Deals" with people. Think about it, How would that be fair' Anyway they have great floorplans, a gym, pool, fitness room, basketball court, dog run, car wash area, playground, gardening area, 16 washer 16 dryer laundry room, most have private entrances, one assigned parking space, friendly people, and the rent and utilites is reasonable. They do charge for pets, but try to find another place that allows dogs. Great location easy to get to Portland, Brunswick, or LA. The property is in a town with a great School District. I guess the whole point I am trying to make is that you have to look at the big picture, see everything you are getting, read everything and ask questions, not everyone is going to like it there, but there are pros and cons. For me the pros out way the cons. Good Luck and Happy Apartment Hunting!

I refer you to the reviews for Tamarlane in Portland, like The Junipers, an Equity Residential property. Read "To Educate and Elucidate" and "More Rave Reviews". There seems to be parallels between the the two apartment complexes in the way management operates. By the way RCALGS, from your words I detect the malodorous whiff of a post shilling for Junipers. 16 washers...16 dryers...great floor plans...gardening area...basketball court...dog area. Your words reek of a Junipers sales brochure.
