Now Yarmouth Pointe owned by Taymil, same problems if not worse.
Beware... Cops are here all the time... Loud music, dogs...
This is an old property and updates are done poorly... even the maintenance workers hate this place P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS

I completely agree!!! I have been here for 3 years ugh thank god we are getting stationed out this summer. Anyways sad to say but I thought the Junipers owners were bad OMG i would take them back in a heart beat. STAY CLEAR AWAY FROM ANY TAYMIL PROPERTY. I just had these people come in my apartment and block my thermostat so i cant turn my heat past 72 WTF. Also i have to stick tape around the windows with my own insulation which doesnt do any help, we always feel drafts. Everything is expensive here and they do nothing to fix it.
