Tiny kitchens and very difficult to maintain the temperature: always over 80* even though I have it turned down to 50*! It can be -15 outside with the windows open and I am sweating! Not to mention the bathroom is ALWAYS about 90*, even in the summer. Windows pour water, facets leak; temperature of water in shower is either scalding for luke warm. Walls are THIN and I think I actually have a hole in the floor connecting to the apt below me because I can hear my neighbor's words perfectly CLEAR! Power is always going out and the smoke detector is located across from the stove - steam sets it off!!
That being said - the new management always tends to trouble calls the same day I call. I am just getting tired of calling.
Grounds are POORLY lit - I don't entirely feel safe out at night; I also think the rent is a tad high for what we get here.
