Look somewhere else!!

I lived here for almost a year. Its not a bad place with regards to safety. I've never felt unsafe, or felt like my car/personal property were unsafe. It can be noisy, given its proximity to 295, and Rt. 1, but thats to be expected, and any reasonable person would realize that at the first visit.
It is very over-priced for what you are given. It started out ok, but your rent NEVER stays the same. My rent went from $800 (Tri-level), would go anywhere from $850-$1100. Once it even reached to $1200, at which time I was told by the management that my previous month's rent was "messed up," so I had to make the difference myself.
The people in the office are friendly, however will not work with the tenants AT ALL. I am active duty military, and had to break my lease by 1 month. There was a military clause in my lease. They first accepted my military orders, however, still charged me my last month's rent. Trying to fight it was quite hard from overseas, so it ended up being easier just paying the rent.
The tenants are friendly, but one section it seems is much more "Trashy" and "Ghetto." This place is WAY over-rated, and your better off spending the extra time and effort looking elsewhere.
Take the advice from a reasonable, responsible former tenant, and look somewhere else. You'll be glad you did.
