Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
Lets see we moved out in November 2005, after 3 years of living there. In December 2002 after only 3 days of living there our water heater burst. It ruined our couch and the carpet and the entry tile. No new couch and they just dryed the carpet. We kept tring to find a way out but our lease ended in the winter and it was just too hard to move. The mold was BAD!!! There is no way for the air to currculate in the winter. Our single pane window in the spare room cracked (go figure it was 100 years old) in May. It was still not fixed when we moved out in November. Overall it was pretty quiet, except for the snow removal and all the painting and roofing. Just a little pricey for what you get. I had just a few problems with managment but overall she was alright. Early in our tenatcy the maintance staff was terrilbe, maybe there better now. oh and if you want to park your car in the parking lot.... forget about it.
