You can do a lot better for the money. The parking is a nightmare, the maintenance is terrible, you have to keep on their case because either they ignore you because they are not interested in buying replacement items or it doesn't get done right the first time. They charge a fee for everything. Pet fees are outrageous. Forget it if you're 1 day late with a rent payment you get charged an arm and a leg for the late fee and they will threaten you with their attorneys. Your friends and family can't visit without getting their cars ticketed and threatened to be towed. When it snows if you're not there to move your car when they clear the lot you risk being towed. I feel like I'm living with the gestapo. The place is poorly managed as they obviously do not care about maintaining good relationships with their residents, they seem only concerned with charging you fees, raising your rent and finding ways to harass you. The turnover is high, during my first month I must have seen at least 6 moving trucks. I can't wait to move out of this place, it didn't take long for me to figure out why everyone is moving out.

I have lived on this property for a few years now and looks like this person lives in the same lot I do. The parking is tight but even worse when people don't do what they are supposed to. It's not hard to have my company park across the street. Maintenance is pretty good to us but noone is perfect. I bet if this guy paid his rent on time he wouldn't have a problem,I pay mine on time and don't have any outrageous fees. Maybe he should just move to some other place where he can pay rent when he wants to and does not have to be responsible for his actions. The plowing is taken care of for us we don't have to clear it ourselves but when people do not move it makes a mess of the whole place. Hope when he does move they don't plow so he can shovel when he decides to get around to it. I have recomended Yarmouth Woods to a couple of people and they are happy. The staff seems to be willing to work with you if you talk with them and as far as getting things done no problem usually fixed the same day.

The property manager there loves people moving out, she makes a commission on each place she sells to someone. If everyone stays in there she wouldnt make much money!! She is happy to be crude, rude, non-professional, and unwavering in her execution of her duties. People move out and she sees dollar signs.

I think this complaint is bogus. I find the property manager to be a sweetheart and has been very accomodating. The maintenance people have been very nice too and have scheduled times to meet me at home to look at any issues that I had. Parking isn't an issue at all! There are always plenty of free spaces and I've never once seen the lot full. You wouldn't have to worry about paying a fee for late rent if it wasn't late... idiot. I've had plenty of people visit me and NO ONE has EVER received a ticket.
