I have lived in a lot a apartments in my life, but this has to be the worst place ever. I mean when you go there and talk to ----- she seems like the sweetest person and everything looks really nice. But here is the thing, the aparments are over priced, there is nothing included, and if you need something fixed or you need help with something, forget it. If you have a life changing event and you need to move out, you better either have a credit card or a couple thousad dollars saved up, because they charge you over a month and a half rent to move out, and if you are to leave with out paying it, they will take you to court. So if you are in the position where you can afford to stay, they make sure you can't afford to move either. And just an FYI for all the people thinking about moving here, there is a sever mold problem and I have watch on more than one occasion, the "Maintance Crew and ----- the manager" go in and paint over the mold on the walls instead of fixing them.... It is too over priced and once your moved in they are very rude to you... The charm and quaintness of Yarmouth Woods quickly disappears..> Save yourself the agony.. I wish I had
