I have lived at Yarmouth Green (which I guess was Yarmouth Woods) for 8 months. After reading some of the reviews on here, I felt it necessary to put my opinion here. My apartment is great. I have a new kitchen, new carpet, and large bedrooms. My wife and I just decided to renew our lease for a new year. We really like it here. The location is great and the office staff is very friendly and helpful. I can't really speak for maintenance, because I have not had any problems with my apartment, but the property looks really good. My apartment was very clean when I moved in.
