Last stop when searching for an apartment - A great apartment option in the greater Portland area. Foxcroft offers excellent options to people looking for apartments in the area. The community is quiet and safe. The location has easy access to I95 North & South, I295 North, US Route 1, Portland and the mall area. It is one of the few places that allow dogs. The apartments are well kept and in good condition. Holly and Rose from ...Full review of Coach Lantern

Pay too much and get way too little. - Me and My girlfriend moved in last year and we loved the place. But as the months went on we realized we're paying way to much. Once we pay the rent we had trouble paying for all our other bills and buying food to survive. Also as humans we like to splurge and maybe go to the movies once in a while but because of the money we are shelling out we dont have much money be able to go out and have ...Full review of Yarmouth Woods

Look somewhere else!! - I lived here for almost a year. Its not a bad place with regards to safety. I've never felt unsafe, or felt like my car/personal property were unsafe. It can be noisy, given its proximity to 295, and Rt. 1, but thats to be expected, and any reasonable person would realize that at the first visit. It is very over-priced for what you are given. It started out ok, but ...Full review of The Junipers

Great Deal I have to say it has been a pleasure living at Foxcroft.. When I signed the lease w/ my partner we were hesitant, but Holly and Rose were able to answer all the questions we had and found ways to meet our needs. It has been a great experience here thus far and I look forward to a few

New Owners, Same Horrible Place Now Yarmouth Pointe owned by Taymil, same problems if not worse.
Beware... Cops are here all the time... Loud music, dogs...
This is an old property and updates are done poorly... even the maintenance workers hate this place

Diminished value We are becoming unhappy about the overall appearance of Junipers. When we first moved in the place was very nice. Now there is paint peeling everywhere and trash. We are moving out next month and feel that the place is turning into a low income rental complex. Next it will be
