I moved into Woodbury Estates due to their pet friendly policies. I have a large dog and I couldn't find anyone else in this school district that would allow me to have her. I have had some issues with repairs upon moving in, but I set up a work order and it was taken care of immediately!! Some of the neighbors were questionable, but you get that at every apartment complex you are at. Some of the neighbors don't clean up after their pets, but the managers do everything that they can to figure out who it is. There are alot of potholes, but they are fixing them this summer, so do expect some inconveinience for the repairs. Well worth it!!

I wrote this review initially, but things have changed!! I am constantly accused of not cleaning up after my pet, when it is the neighbor upstairs, I was told that I was going to be fined 25.00 for the next three times I am ACCUSED!!! And that if there is a 4th time that I would have to get rid of my dog. And the fact that they said I could have my large dog? My dog is a large puppy, it does not take much to figure out that my dog is going to get over 80 pounds, but according to what they havd me sign, when my puppy hits 80 pounds I have to get rid of her?? Where is the pet friendly? This management staff is not even being fair to the tenants. I take good care of my aapartment, I am respectful to my neighbors, and the last apartment I had, I likved there 12 years with NO complaints in the whole 12 years, I have been here two months. I will keep you updated, if this situation is rectified, and was a simple error or understanding, I will respond on here, as long as it stands the way it is, this will stay the way it is!!

I am amazed at how many people are unhappy with this aparment complex. I will get on here and continue to inform people of how misleading and horrible the staff is. I am glad you responded to your review, so people can see how horrible they are!

They left a note on my door last night saying that my dog has generated a lot of complaints with her barking. She is a basset hound but she also has anxiety issues when we are gone for long periods of times she gets depressed and I know for a fact that she doesn't bark after we have been gone for long periods of time as a neighbor has informed me that she stops shortly after we leave and that you cannot hear the barking in the apartments themselves just tha hall. The thing is I was in Toledo at the hospital because my dad was in a coma and had life threatening surgery. So they can kiss my --- if they think I am gettting rid of the dog I have had since she was born. That's like asking someone to get rid of a child it's wrong.
