We moved in about 5 months ago, and when you move in you are asked to pay your first months rent with a money order. I was promised one apartment, when I went to move in was given another, the manager talked on the phone (personal calls) the whole time I was in her office signing my paper work, and I watched her let the office phone ring while she talked on her cell phone to a friend. A month after we moved in, we were called, they LOST our money orders and wanted us to do the tracking on them, and do there job. I did what I could, waisted an hour of my cell phone minutes, and finally gave them the information to do the tracking. 4 months later they call me and say they still haven't gotten the money orders, and want me to do the dirty work. They have threatened me to "Do what they have to do" to get our money, when we already paid them, and they LOST it. Rude and unprofessional! The building we live in is old, the water isn't always hot, the parking lot is in horrible shape, all in all, not worth it at all. Biggest mistake we've ever made.

You are so right!!! They did the same thing to me, they offered me a handicap apartment!! I paid a deposit and they lost it, all my paperwork, and told me that one week before I was to move in, and I had already terminated the lease with my other apartment!! The place is a total scam!! If you do not fulfill your lease tehy charge you additional 1250.00 and keep all of your deposit, and them force you to fullfill the monthly rent until they find new renters. They are incredibly misleading and have hidden agendas. HIGE mistake renting from these people!!

WOW!! I am so glad I am not the only one who feels this way. I am even more inclined to hire a lawyer to get my money back!

They are so unprofessional and they did the same thing to us. You know the bait them with this apartment and then switch it the week they move in. The management and overall staff suck!!!
