Just moved in - I just recently moved in and i can already say i really like this place. WAY better then the last dump i stayed in. The neighbors around here are decent, kind people and theres no riff-raff all over the place. The landscaping and surrounding areas look to be regularly maintained. Nice place Lived here a while back with my buddy. Never had any kinda problems or anything like that. Rent was a decent price and neighbors were cool. Good place to live for sure, id recommend it.

No Worries This complex is a smooth running machine. Anytime I ever needed maintenance they were there and working the same day. The staff was super nice and the furnishings were very well kept. What else can you ask for?

recommended There's not a ton of nice apartments in Allegan so it was an easy choice to pick Highpointe. Never really had a complaint, and the staff was always nice and fast to act so I can only say I recommend the complex.

Not all it's cracked up to be. I have lived at Highpointe for just over two years. I must tell you that it's not all it's cracked up to be. The rent is a little steep, the police are constantly here looking for criminals, and people don't know how to make their children

Just moved in a few months ago. I heard this was the place to live. Boy, that was not correct. I hear so much noise. I can hear the guy next door pee. They don't pick up the grounds and everything is made so poorly. I do not plan to lease after the year is up unless things change!
