This is the best at Grand Valley. Management respects the tenants, the units are really well kept up, maintenance issues are dealt with quickly. They're the only place around that has a full community center with full court hoops, tanning, workout, aerobics, game room, etc. Plus it's right next to campus. Literally across the street and they have a shuttle every 10 minutes to campus.

Do you honestly believe this? Obviously this is posted from one of the office staff members. Let's be honest here folks, what management? Management is barely ever there to handle anything and when they are they are RUDE!!! This office staff is absolutely horrid!
