Stupid Management and Shoddy Apartments!!!

Biggest POS you can live in at Grand Valley. The place are brand new and already falling apart literally from the day we moved in. Maintenance does nothing about problems or take a couple weeks or month or more to do something about it. Do not live. FRIENDS DON'T LET FRIENDS SIGN A COPPER BEECH LEASE!!!
