I signed my lease in the Fall of 2006 after having been promised the moon my Copper Beech's slick salesman. There were to be shops, great internet, good construction, plenty of parking, stools, and so much more. It is now May 2007 and there are no shops, the internet barely works, the construction is shoddy at best, there is a lack of parking even as people move out, and even the stools are hard and uncomfortable. This is not a good place to live.
My biggest complaint besides the terrible noise, the shoddy construction, and the absurd cost to heat a single bedroom apartment is that I have the distinct feeling of having been taken advantage of. It is that dirty feeling you get only through contact with vile, slimy people.
My advice to anyone considering Copper Beech Townhomes, _anywhere_, is to avoid them like the plague. If you look at the other reviews on this site a distinct pattern emerges. The company does not care for it's customers, and only looks to take advantage of them. And really, the stools are not worth it.
