The only good this about this place is the price. If you arrive at your place past 9, don't expect to get a parking spot near your apartment. The three floors usually have a temperature difference of ten degrees, the bottom tenants will freeze while the top tenants will sweat. There is no sound insulation what so ever, so if you live on the bottom floor get ready to hear everybody walking above you, no matter how lightly they step. The internet is extremely slow at night due to so many people using it. The only saving attribute is that you get a ton of space.
