Copper beech Townhomes have a wonderful interior to all of their units. The noise is almost unbearable. I moved in order to have a wonderful place to live and study while I attended Grand Valley, this did not happen. Maintenance requests were often carried out over a week after I made them. You can hear your neighbors partying at 2 in the morning, even during school weeks. I was glad to leave. The grounds are ok, but not what you would expect.
