Great price, huge spaces, and great landlord!

Sutter's Mill Townhomes are definetly the best option in the Allendale area. The rooms are larger than any other rental properties in Allendale, as I have rented many and been in others. In addition, the units come with personal garages and the adequate parking. On top of being the best space-wise, the price is much cheaper than anywhere else! The landlords are extremely nice, helpful, caring and fix all problems as they occur. One of the landlords built the property himself, and the townhomes are built better than any I have ever seen. Sutter's Mill is a great place to live, as long as the space is available!
