Sutter's Mill Townhomes

Nice place for college students From: gvsurenter Date posted: 5/27/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   I've lived here since sutter's mill was built and overall it's a very nice place. The rooms and bathroom are large and the rent is lower then for other comparable townhomes. One of the few cons of living here is that there is no guest parking. The heating system is not the best either, it's very cold on the first floor and hot in the upstairs bedrooms during the winter. When things break, which is rare, it can take multiple calls to the management to get them fixed.
