Let me tell you, who wouldn't like living in a brand new place that nobody had EVER lived in before. I have my own washer and dryer, I don't have to share a bathroom with anybody and I can lock my roommates out of my room. My first year living off campus and I shouldn't have made the move sooner. The bus is almost right outside my door, can't beat it. Only draw back, construction is still going on but can't have everything perfect.
