Bad review and lease problems - DO NOT rent at Copper Beech, they lie about the electric/gas bill amount...there is not gas heat in these units. The electric bill exceeds over $200 a month. 3 months of Adequacy I only lived here April-June, but the months that I spent here were fine. I lived on the first floor of building F apartments. We didn't have any problems with pests or maintenance. It is VERY easy to hear your neighbors though.

Office was helpful, everything was taken care of. I stayed at ottawa creek my senior year at GV. Everything went smoothly and I had no problems. The staff is on-site and solved my problems quickly. Plenty of spots for my friends to park. No complaints.
