Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
So yeah I'm in my mid 20's and have lived here for a year now and the upstairs porch has mold on it and they wont come clean or fix it. the rain falls from the sky and pools up in the balcony and dries causes mold and they said its my fault for not cleaning it up. my washer make a loud whining noise and they wont fix it because its not broken yet. seriously if you want a quiet neighborhood and horrible maintenance live at countryside apartments.
