For the cost of rent and the quality of the apartment, maintenance and administrative staff it's just not worth it to live here. There are lots of kids here...so if you have some it will be perfect for them; but if you do not then the kids can be extremely noisy before school at 7:00am. The staff is typically not very friendly, difficult to work with and not willing to work with tenants. The company itself is not much better. They do not deal with any complaints and they will only solve problems you have via court. (Sometimes it can be solved by just simply calling or talking to the tenant directly but they do not deal with it they repeatedly ask for us to file against them if we have a problem).
