I would probably live there again. The apartments are very clean and maintained nicely. Most things are in great condition. My only complaint would be the actual employers. Try to work with Terri (she is extremely friendly, helpful and will go above and beyond to help you stay comfortable) I

If you call for service dont expect a call back So yeah I'm in my mid 20's and have lived here for a year now and the upstairs porch has mold on it and they wont come clean or fix it. the rain falls from the sky and pools up in the balcony and dries causes mold and they said its my fault

Slightly Below Average For the cost of rent and the quality of the apartment, maintenance and administrative staff it's just not worth it to live here. There are lots of kids here...so if you have some it will be perfect for them; but if you do not then the kids can be extremely noisy
