It takes maintenance FOREVER to respond to a fix-it call that takes like 5mins to do! The management is NOT friendly at all! The carpet doesn't get replaced on a regular basis when people move in and out! Washer/Dryer are way too small, dishwashers do not work properly. . . If something

I would probably live there again. The apartments are very clean and maintained nicely. Most things are in great condition. My only complaint would be the actual employers. Try to work with Terri (she is extremely friendly, helpful and will go above and beyond to help you stay comfortable) I

If you call for service dont expect a call back So yeah I'm in my mid 20's and have lived here for a year now and the upstairs porch has mold on it and they wont come clean or fix it. the rain falls from the sky and pools up in the balcony and dries causes mold and they said its my fault

Love it here I have only been here a few weeks and really like it here! The river is out my backdoor,I see ducks and wild life daily.. and the landlord is a nice guy. Its very quiet here, plus i was able to have my small dog. it is well maitained. I have'nt lived in a apt in 25 yrs,

Wish I hadn't move in here The manager is a pain to deal with. She acts like she doesn't like her job. It seems like anyone is allowed to move in and that causes a lot of problems. People drinking in front of building, mostly after hours, but sometimes during office hours.
