Loved it! Would've stayed longer if we had not bought a house! - We absolutely enjoyed living at Meadowbrook Village for 3 years with our dog. It was much more like a neighborhood than an apartment complex. We had an end unit that had an upgraded kitchen. One year as a "thank you" for renewing our lease, we got to pick a color for an accent wall in the living room (which the maintenance dept painted for us while we were out of town). We really felt ...Full review of Meadowbrook Village

Heed the Warnings: Look Elsewhere for Housing - University Towers was a last resort for my roommates and I after getting a late start on searching for housing. It was very clear how desperate they were for tenants because for every minute I held off signing the lease, they tried to tempt us with "gifts" and price cuts. It was very sketchy from the beginning, but we had no other options but to sign the lease and hope for the ...Full review of University Towers

Good for U of M students who commute to North Campus - The best thing about Willowtree is that it takes me only 10 - 15 minutes to walk to my classes on North Campus. It saves me the hassle of having to buy a parking permit and forces me to get some exercise. Also, there is one bathroom in the apartment (with a shower and a toliet), but two seperate sink areas. I love this! All in all, this is a fine place to live. Some of the problems ...Full review of Willowtree Apartments

Move if you want to live in a DUMP - This place is horrible! The apartments are not well maintained at all. The maintenance staff does not answer calls...I went 2 days with out heat when the temperature dropped and then 3 days with air conditioning because they said it was not hot enough outside to consider it an after-hours emergency (it was 90* and I have a dog). The office people always seem as though you are inconviencing them ...Full review of Pheasant Run Apartments

Amazing staff and very nice apartment! - I stayed at Park Place for a year. I was located on the lowest level in a 1rm apartment. The room was very spacious with nice carpeting. The grounds are kept well, and I never felt unsafe. There are playgrounds and barbecue stands for anyone to use. The parking policy was a lifesaver; friends can park for a few days if they need to without a pass or anything! The apartment was very easy to ...Full review of Hillcrest Apartments & Park Place

Not so Bad!!! - I have been living here for about 9 months now, and I have had absolutely no problems. I guess I dont understand the previous reviews because I haven't witnessed or experienced any of these things. Sometimes I think people forget they are living in an apartment complex, not a private house. There will always be noise, but it's never horrible. Maintenance issues happen, and ...Full review of McKinley at Evregreen

GREAT APARTMENT ... don't listen to those old reviews - If you haven't noticed all of the negative reviews were from a good 5 years ago! Maybe something happened between then and now, but I had a GREAT experience at Brookside. I lived there for two years and I'm only leaving because I can't take the Michigan winters anymore. In comparison to the really crappy overpriced apartments Ann Arbor has to offer, this complex is a great ...Full review of Brookside Apartments

This place is great. - First of all, we love that all the apts. are on ground level; no one above or below us. Also, being back away from the street is great. The apartment and the complex are both quiet and very pleasant.

The apartment manager is a delight, the maintenance guys are great too. They handle everything in a timely manner. The rent is reasonable. What more could I possibly want? ...Full review of Randolph Court

They let us have our cats. - We were in a time crunch to find a place when I accepted a new job and were worried about finding a rental that would allow us to have four cats.
CMB not only allowed us to have them but added them to the lease.
The office staff is used to dealing with students so they weren´t overly friendly or helpful. (There´s more where we came from attitude.)
Our apartment had not been ...Full review of Miller Maple Townhomes
