Pros and Cons - Lived here for 12 months, and like most of these posts, it definitely does have its pros and cons. Great Location but terrible place to live - I was so excited to move in here. I loved the floor plan of my apartment and the location. But this complex is very poorly maintained and has serious problems. The plumbing is atrocious and seriously loud.
