The rent is outrageous, the maintenance staff sucks, and the old property manager stole money from tenants! What more could you ask for'
It took one and a half YEARS to get my closet doors repaired in my bedroom. I asked every week. Meanwhile, I had to deal with them falling on me whenever I wanted to get something out of my closet.
Emergencies (flooded kitchen, flooded bathroom) were not attended to until the following week, and I was not compensated for ruined items due to their negligence.
Had a very nasty interaction with the management company (Wilson White) who stood behind their theif of a manager.
