Arbor Hills is conveniently located and the apartments are nice overall. However, your experience will depend on where your unit is actually located. The ones facing Huron St. are extremely noisy, not only because of traffic, but also because the Walgreens store (located across the road)keeps an extremely loud and annoying warning bell that sounds every time the door is open, ALL NIGHT LONG (the store is open 24 hours), I spoke to both, Arbor Hills manager as well as the Walgreens one, but they did not show any concern, let alone did something to solve the problem. Also, those units are directly affected by the sun, all day long during Summer, which makes them very hot and since electricity is not included in the rent, your air conditioning unit will have a hard time keeping up, and if you decide to leave the windows open to give it a break, you will absolutely not be able to sleep with the Walgreens door bell going off all night long.

Please note that the Walgreen's buzzer is no longer an issue as they are no longer open 24 hours. We have also recently installed new windows in our buildings so the sound in that particular building is MUCH better now!
