I lived at this property for a year and truly was impressed. The property manager was friendly and accomodating. The maintenance staff was prompt and thorough. I occupied one of the one bedroom, garden level apartments and found it spacious! The amount of natural light and closet space was a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend living here. The apartment building that I lived in was not loud. I occassionally heard tenants throw garbage into dumpsters or use the laundry room.

Hi, I'm interested in Arbor Hills but read a review about loitering and difficulty in parking at night. It seems that safety is an issue, including the front doors being unlocked. Is that still the case?

Overall I felt safe in this apartment complex. Obviously I would recommend taking the normal and necessary precautions. (not leaving windows open while gone, locking your door, etc.) You can look up crime reports for that geographical area and speak with the apartment manager.
