I've been living at this apartment complex since 2001. It is very nice here. It is a sturdy brick structure and we got all new windows recently. The property is clean and well kept. It is a safe area of Ann Arbor with plenty of police presence and a fire station less than a mile down the road. There are grocery stores in easy walking distance as are book stores and also a pharmacy across the street. Plenty of nice restaurants also dot the immediate area.
