as a student, I found it quite convenient, location-wise, for a low price and a flexible leasing term that I don;t have to worry about sublettin it out over the summer! next to wholefood, walgreens, barnes&noble, and #4 and #22 to go to central campus and north campus.

Their management people are very nice and responsible, which I think it's quite important as it would be a hassle to deal with mean management staff (like Island Drive apartment or Arbor Village...) after whole day of school/work.
