I?ve lived in Arbor Landings for almost 2 years and never had any major problems. I agree with other 2 positive reviews I read here.

My apt. is huge (938 sq. ft for a 1 bedroom!), rent is reasonable given the amenities, and size of it, compared to other similar apartment complexes (like Woodbury Gardens or Glencoe Hill Apts).

The management is very helpful and friendly. They provide sufficient notice of scheduled maintenance activities. When there were any maintenance requests, they were fixed within a day.

Only once, there was a problem that took 2 weeks to fix... all the lights in the parking lot in my building area were out. There was total darkness without those lights. But the management/maintenance looked into it immediately, kept us posted on the progress, indicated there was a serious problem that could take some time to fix. Finally it was fixed after 2 weeks.

The sounds proofing is quite good, I hardly hear my neighbors. I'm in a newer apt., so the appliances are new.

Overall, I had a great experience here. The ONLY reason I'm moving out is I cannot afford the rent anymore, due to personal reasons.
