Nice apartment but poor storage

I have been living in this apartment since Jan 2003. The apartments are nice, quiet, spacious and well managed/maintained. The apartments have excellent sound proofing for better privacy.

On the flip side, the apartments have a poor layout. There is very less storage (or the lack of enough storage) and they are very heat inefficient. My average heat/electricity bills have been around $110.

Overall I have enjoyed my stay here but is not very practical.
