I have lived at Arbor Landing thru 2 different office teams, and I must say this new office staff is TERRIBLE!! and the grounds people do not take very good care of the grounds, they do nothing but drive around in there golf carts,and that staff has a bunch liars and cheats. I am stuck living in a Dog building which I did not ask for first of all and i was told when a no dog building opened up i would be able to transfer, but what they did not tell me was i would have to pay a HUGE! fee to do it,and i also had an incident where someone let there dog poop up in down the side walk behind my car,I called to complain and they left it out there.
The new office staff or the staff that has been there now for the last 2 years have been terrible they have applied my rent to the wrong account and the tried to say i did not pay,and when i said i had the the cashier's check receipt they still tried to say that i did not pay.
The amenities are not as great as they used to be and the office staff is near incompetent.
Don't waste your money people

I live at Walkabout Creek in Dexter. If you can get out of Ann Arbor this is the place to be. Its still close to Ann Arbor and the office staff is awesome. The maintenance staff knows their stuff too. They actually fix stuff right the first time. Check it out if you can. I've heard horrible things about Arbor Landings, but Walkabout Creek is only like 5 miles away and its the best apartment I've ever lived in!!!
