I wish I would have rented elsewhere. The apartment itself is decent but they don't do very much upkeep and they take no pride in their properties. For example, the carpets are stained, the closets smell of urine, paint is chipping off the walls, there was no cleaning done prior to move-in, etc... The staff had told me these things would be fixed when I signed the lease and then refused to make any repairs, saying that I shouldn't expect more from "student housing". I would suggest avoiding them unless you have a lot of money and don't mind living in a trashy apartment...
