I have lived here nearly a year. For the amount of rent you pay ($1099 for a two bedroom/ two bath apartment) you get substandard maintenance and you also get to hear your upstairs neighbors' every footstep and sometimes their conversations as well. It really sounds like a parade is going on upstairs. There are no coordinated community activities for residents here. There are no newsletters put out by the management. Parking is inadequate. The equipment in the excersise room is usually broken much of the time. I can't wait for the end of my lease. I will fly out of here like a bat out of hell. This place sucks and I wouldn't recommend it to anybody.
