We lived in Briar Cove for a year. Although one member of the staff was extremely plesant, overall, the rest of the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful.

We had to submit multiple work order requests (3 ) before anything got done, and any repair job was done with poor workmanship. Rent was way too expensive, the layout of the apartment makes it feel cramped, and if you live below someone, you can hear everything they do.
