We lived in a two bedroom plus den for one year and had a very good experience. We noticed that those people who always hated the staff caused many of the problems themselves, like not paying the rent on time, parking in the handicapped spots when they were not, etc...
Any problems were always fixed in a reasonable amouint of time and the the grounds werekept up beautiflly. The only major problem was the lack of parking, which was always bad after 5pm and on the weekends.
