This is one of the last apartment communities you should think about in Ann Arbor. There are so many better ones. For the kind of apartment it is and the age of it, you'd do better to move into Ypsi and cut your rent nearly in half. I never felt clean at this place. It's like a cloud permanently settled over the buildings. The parking is attrocious!!!!!!!!! Did I mention it's dirty and stank' The management totally sucks. They're rude beyond belief. The pool is vile. And the place is filthy. It's right near the highway on the west side. There's a hotel right next door with its own charming clientelle. Just don't go there!
