I lived here for a year and never had any major problems. The apartments were very clean and the carpet and paint looks new. These are bigger and nicer than any other apartment I've lived in around this area. The 2 bedroom with a den is a great deal for college students and makes it very affordable.

The downside:
-The workout room is very small and machines are often broken. They are also never cleaned so they are sticky and nasty.
-The windows and insulation suck so your heat bill is going to be very high.
-Parking can sometimes get pretty full. If you come home late, you might have to park near a different building than where your apartment is. It's only happened to me twice though.
