Briar Cove was rocky for me at first. I lost a lot of sleep because of the apartment i chose being so close to the highway. However, the staff in the office have worked so hard for me. They offered storm windows for free to eliminate the noise. The really have been so accomadating. I have really appreciated everyones help there.

When i first read these ratings thing, i thought i shouldnt move here but now i know that these rating are wrong (the bad ones) i got a really good deal on my apartment and it is better then most of the places that I hvae seen. I have only lived here a few weeks but I am totally satisfied with my decision

Thank you for your kind words. Its true! For our residents who choose a great apartment closer to the highway then some, we do offer storm windows for free. We know that many people enjoy their peace and quiet and they deserve whatever we can offer to make those arrangements for them. We value your residency here and will do just about anything to make sure our residents are satisfied. We are always trying to be a fair and honest as possible to all. Thank you
