after a long search, i finally settled on Briar Cove. The office personell has been great to me. I am moving from out of town and they have made it so easy for me to move in.

I have now lived at Briar Cove for about a month but I chose Briar Cove because of its location. I am so close towork that if my car broke down i would be able to walk and im right of the bus route too! my apartments has had some minor issues but the maintenance guy has been wonderful to me. They are always timely and always working hard.

I am a little pissed that the clubhouse is closed, i like to relax in the hot tub late saturday nights but they are doing some work in their rightnow i guess. The girl at the front desk said that the pool will be practically brand new and the fitness center will look nice again too. I have friends that live here and they said last year the pool was falling apart so it is nice to see a community actually doing something about it and making i t nice again.

I got an apartment by the highway, though that was the apartment tht I chose, i was given several options. They offered to put storm windows in free of charge, some of my neighbors have said that it works wonders. The highway doesnt bother me so much , i usually just turn a fan on and it drowns it out. other than the highway, i can't complain, i got one of the nicest apartments on this side of town for an affordable cost. I would recommend this place to anyone, it will be worth it in the long run, it looks like they are going to start putting some money it to.
