This is a somewhat old apartment complex with so-so customer service.
If you live in groudfloor, you can hear EVERYTHING - I mean it! - from your upstair neighbors. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7

Unfortunatly in every apartment that you live, you are always going to hear noise from above. This is just cold hard facts of life when renting. Period. We always ask our future residents before placing them into a home, what exactly is important to them. Do they prefer an upper level? Is lower level more sutiable? It is important to us that we find the apartment that you will be happy in. If you find that you will rest better elsewhere, we are just happy that you found somewhere to lay your head at night and are able to call "home". I lived in a 1st level floor at another community for years, and I knew going into it, I would endure the above tenants noise.
