ok, i'm reallly really picky with the places i live in and i am giving ya'll a clear cut picture of this place...First the good points:'
*Staff is super nice and very very accomodative, i personally know i am a difficult tenant but they always put up with me with a smile and get things done for me ASAP.....
*Maintenance is always up to the mark and speedy with their service
*Apartments look great-some are older and they have a funny smell but the phase 2 apts are nice
* GREAT SNOW REMOVAL and they are considerate to always place salt in front of your doors!!!!! no more shovelling your car out of your parking space (the last aprtment i lived in called PARC POINTE was horrible...they always trapped my car inside the parking spots because their stupid snow removal company would pile up the snow in front of evryone's cars..the PARC POINTE staff sucked too,they dont give two kahoots about their tenants and their hot water always ran out after 10 minutes-DONT EVER MOVE TO PARC POINTE APTS)
*well lit, and safe
BAD POINTS-
* NO CARBON MONOXIDE DETECTORS
* PARKING IS REALLY LIMITED ESPECIALLY IF U DON'T GET A PERSONAL PARKING SPOT

Thank you "PickyPat" for your wonderful comments. We take pride in our community and we truely love our residents. The parking in some areas can be a problem. We try our hardest to make it fair to everyone as much as possible. I am not aware of what Parc Pointe has to offer but we are always excited to get residents who are ready to experience true luxury and excellent customer service. You deserve to be treated the best!
