I lived here for a year and had no huge problems, except for some insects (large ants, gnats). Oh, and the guy below me liked to blast his stereo from time to time, which could get annoying (I went down there once to ask him to turn it down, but he did not respond to my knock). Any maintenance requests have been handled within a few days. My main gripe would be the insulation. During winter, I kept rolled-up towels on the window tracks in an attempt to save energy. Not a bad place, but then again, I was right across from the clubhouse and tennis courts- highway noise was not much of an issue for me. I wanted to stay, but it was just too expensive.
