I lived in a three bedroom last year. I never heard any noise from the neighbors, but there was a lot of landscaping noise. They maintainence staff was very responsive and nice. The rent was amazingly cheap. The one problem was how expensive it was to heat, almost 300 a month in the winter, and we were on the top floor. All in all a great experience.
