I just moved into Briar Cove a month ago. I love my apartment! I live in a two bedroom with a den on the top floor. I do pay a little more in utilities because I have cathedral ceilings.Which the leasing staff gave me a heads up when I was looking at the apartment.It's a very quite place and I have met alot of my neighbors, which seem really nice. I have not had any problems in my apartment. Yes all of the streets are Waymarket,this is not Briar Cove's fault, it's called the City of Ann Arbor. Parking is ok, it seems as thought no one uses their carports. People have become lazy now a days.
