What you get for your money here is pretty great. We lived in a 3 bedroom on the top floor and I think our rent was about 1200 a month. However, in the winter, our heating bill was over $300 a month and it was always cold in the apt. We would call maintainence but they could never find anything wrong with our thermostat. However, they always responded very quickly and were super nice. I never heard any noise from the neighbors, but the lawn mowing was SO LOUD and seemed to go on all day long!

The pool was really nice in the summer, and I found the office staff very friendly. The washer and drier weren't the greatest, but it was so nice having them right in the apartment.

Parking was a big problem, sometimes I had to park very far away from my apartment (like in a completely different culdesac (sp).)

Overall i think this place is a great deal, I don't think you can do much better for the price!
